Remote Member Access (RMA) for MEMBERS ONLY Users Agreement The Remote Member Access program is designed to provide an avenue into the MISS DIG Center during hours that are convenient to the MISS DIG member to research and query tickets, check on the status of the receiving location delivery queue, pull copies of end of day reports and various other reports.RMA will give authorized members the ability to access ticket data for tickets delivered to the member based on their "member code" and will allow access to the most recent 90 days of data. MISS DIG System Inc. reserves the right to suspend and/or discontinue RMA privileges to any organization or individual at any time for any reason without prior notice. All Members using the RMA application system will require individual accounts. All RMA Users agree to read and acknowledge any and all warning messages and prompts that are displayed throughout the RMA processing system. All RMA users must have a completed RMA application on file with MISS DIG System Inc Users must have a working knowledge of the MISS DIG System Inc. and the basic information required for its operation. System Requirements: An IBM compatible PC running Microsoft Windows 98, NT 4.0 SP6, 2000, XP, Vista or Windows 7 with .Net Framework 1.1. NOTE: A valid copy of Microsoft Windows is required by Microsoft in order to use the .Net Framework 1.1. Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher is recommended. Must be able to list http://newtin.missdig.org in the Trusted Sites in order for the .Net Framework to run. After installing Microsoft .NET framework, the user must follow and complete the Setup instructions provided by MISS DIG System Inc.
